Help required: Installed SB Settings from Cydia packages on ITouch "3G" 8 gig-Spirit Jailbreak (Boss Prefs also installed)

When I go from "more" to "Dock Application" attempting to set up Dock, I get a text "Enumerating Applications" and I'm jettisoned to Springboard without ever seeing a list of Apps I can add to Dock.

Same thing happens in "Hide Icons"

I re-installed SB Settings and the SB Toggles to no avail. I've powered off and on and held power and home= reboot. Also doesn't work

Is there possible conflict with Boss Prefs install? When I installed iFile and Dtunes I was asked to add somesomething from Boss Prefs and I'm afraid if I uninstall Boss Prefs I'll lose those apps
