How do you update the firmware using a mac?
it just downloads into a bin file and not sure where to put it
i had all the games working bout year or so ago then updated something and the games now say cannot be played re install in itunes

No, if you look at the top of this tutorial, this is only for iPod video, so unfortunately it will not work on the iPod nano 5g.
